Which formats are accepted?
Valid ZIP, RAR and RAR5 archives are accepted. The actual file signature is checked before extraction.
Do password-protected archives work?
No. Password-protected archives are rejected so processing remains automatic and predictable.
Is extracted content public?
No public folder is exposed. Files are served by a protected controller using the job access key.
Can I recover files after 24 hours?
No. Upload the archive again to create a new temporary job.
Why can an archive be blocked?
Unsafe paths, links, special files, too many entries, excessive expansion or configured size limits can cause rejection.
Why does a remote URL return HTTP 404?
The remote server says that address does not exist. Copy the final direct ZIP or RAR download URL instead of the webpage or sharing link.
